A coating makes all the difference: first select the elastomer and then the finishing touches
Depending on the industry and requirements, the appropriate elastomer (or a special compound) is first selected as the coating. Depending on the material, the elastomer can have different properties, be abrasion-resistant, demonstrate excellent resistance to weathering, chemicals, oil or grease and can cope with high temperatures. Whatever requirements the roller has to meet, we will make sure of it.
Rollers and cylinders with a rubber-elastomer coating can then be reworked using CNC cylindrical grinding. Through individual surface treatment, we add the finishing touches and give the rubber rollers and cylinders their desired shape: be it conical, cylindrical, with a special profile, with grooves (also as a spiral) or with recesses and heels.
